Thursdays from 12:00-12:45
Fridays from 1:00-1:45
Held for 8 weeks from June 3-July 29 (off the week of July 8/9 for July 4 holiday)
This is a closed therapy group that will be held on zoom with 20 minutes of psychoeducation and processing followed by 20 minutes of movement. Group objectives are to understand the bidirectional relationship between the mind and the body, to practice present-moment awareness through a variety of mindfulness techniques and vinyasa yoga (linking breath with movement), and to develop emotion regulation and coping skills. All levels are welcome. Must have a device with a camera for video and a yoga mat.
These sessions may be billable to your insurance provider depending on individual coverage. Out of pocket rate is $1000.00 for the course.
